Absolutely. Most clients start with a Diagnostic Sprint. It gives you a clear picture of where you stand and a roadmap for what to fix — whether you do it yourself, hire internally, or engage us for the full build. No pressure, just clarity.
At minimum: your revenue leader (CRO/VP Sales), someone from ops, and an executive sponsor. During the Diagnose phase, we'll interview across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance. During Build, your ops team works alongside ours. We keep the time commitment reasonable — most stakeholders spend 2-3 hours per week.
Great — that's most of our clients. We're not starting from zero. The diagnostic tells us what's working, what's broken, and what's missing. We build on your existing foundation and only change what needs changing. No rip-and-replace unless it's truly warranted.
We're completely tool-agnostic. We work across the major CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), engagement platforms, BI tools, and RevOps infrastructure. Our recommendations are based on your needs, team size, and budget — not vendor partnerships or referral fees.
