- Google Workspace: If you connect your Google account, we access your Gmail metadata (sender, recipient, subject, date) and Google Calendar event data (attendees, times, titles) to sync CRM activities. We do not store the full content of your emails beyond brief snippets for activity logging.
- LinkedIn: If you connect your LinkedIn account, we receive your LinkedIn profile ID and name to enable posting content on your behalf. We use LinkedIn's OAuth 2.0 authorization and only access the permissions you explicitly grant. We do not access your LinkedIn connections, messages, or profile data beyond what is necessary for authentication and posting.
- Enrichment Services: We may use third-party data enrichment providers to supplement contact information with publicly available professional data such as job titles, company information, and LinkedIn profile URLs.

3. How We Share Your Information

- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
4. LinkedIn Integration
Our application integrates with LinkedIn to allow you to share content directly from our Content Agent. When you connect your LinkedIn account:
- We use LinkedIn's OAuth 2.0 protocol to securely authorize access.
- We request only the permissions necessary to post content on your behalf (
openid, profile, w_member_social).
- We store your LinkedIn access token and refresh token securely to maintain the connection. These tokens are encrypted at rest in our database.
- We do not access, collect, or store your LinkedIn connections, messages, or any data beyond your basic profile (name and ID) and posting capability.
- Content is only posted to LinkedIn when you explicitly click the "Share to LinkedIn" button. We never post automatically without your action.
- You can disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time from the Settings page, which immediately revokes our access and deletes your stored tokens.
- Our use of LinkedIn data complies with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use and LinkedIn Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Specifically:
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
- CRM Activity Data: Email and calendar sync data is retained as long as your account remains active.
- OAuth Tokens: LinkedIn and Google tokens are stored while the integration is connected and are immediately deleted upon disconnection.
- Analytics Data: Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activity. You can control cookies through your browser settings. The types of cookies we use include:
